The COVA CCI National Cybersecurity Education & Research Conference, aka COVA CCI CybER Con, aims to bridge the academic and industry cybersecurity gap through a focus on experiential learning research and practice. CybER Con is creating a diverse space where everyone can share, learn, and connect around experiential learning in cybersecurity. COVA CCI CybER Con welcomes academic researchers and professors, students, industry, and government professionals, from all racial, ethnic, gender, religious, sexual orientation, and cultural backgrounds; disabled and non-disabled; veterans; career changers and anyone with an interest in cybersecurity to attend this conference. Building upon these connections is paramount for the continued growth of cybersecurity research, practice, and employment opportunities. Tackling the complex cybersecurity challenges that lie ahead takes collective, inclusive, interdisciplinary, inter-agency approaches, and this conference provides a space for that critical work.
