Industry and Academic attendees will pay a small registration fee of $25. You will complete the payment using a secure site associated with the registration site.
Students are free.
The conference is scheduled for September 20-21, 2023.
The conference is being held at Old Dominion University, Webb Center, Norfolk, VA.

Proposals are submitted via this link. All proposals are due August 15, 2023, and will be peer-reviewed. Notification of selected proposals will be made by August 19, 2023.
There are two proposal tracks.
1. Understanding What Works: Metrics & Experiential Learning. Proposals submitted to this area should focus on assessing or measuring the effectiveness of cyber-related experiential learning opportunities.
2. Curricular Considerations: Designing Experiential Learning. Proposals submitted to this area should focus on ways that cyber-related experiential learning opportunities are incorporated into coursework or focus on curricular industry/academy partnerships. Proposals could also discuss experiential learning programs that are initiated by or based at colleges/universities or ones initiated by or based in industries.

Parking will be available in the 49th Street/Stadium Garage. ODU uses a pay-by-plate system and attendees will receive instructions regarding parking prior to the conference.
